sarah and andrew are getting MARRRRIED!!!

I had a lot of fun with these two this past Saturday up in the Dallas area. We started out at Irving Bible Church. They wanted to get some pictures in their “section,” which is where they met. It was really sweet….and Andrew even remembered exactly what seats each of them were sitting in!!! As the story goes, after the initial meeting, Andrew sorta stalked Sarah a bit at church, so we had some fun with that. :) After finishing up inside the nice, warm church building, we braved the bitter cold (and cold it was) at a park in Flower Mound. They were troopers and never missed a beat, in spite of numb hands and chattering teeth! I can’t wait for June 21st!!

mooooooo….

I just got some really fun Moo Mini cards in the mail! They are itty-bitty customized cards that have a picture on the front and basic text on the back. So fun! And so little. They measure 1.1×2.75 inches.

I’m not completely decided on what I’ll use them for yet. I may actually use them as a substitute for a business card for a while and see how that goes. I think I may also use Moo Minis for upcoming weddings! I’ll feature pictures of the bride and groom from their engagement session on one side and put info. on how to access their wedding image gallery in the other side. :)

Here are a few pictures of my new minis.

day brighteners

It seems that I simply cannot keep up with replying to emails I get inquiring about how Rich is doing these days. Thank you so much for continuing to bombard me with these reminders that there are many people out there who care about us!! It truly brightens my day when I receive one of these sweet emails. :)

Overall, Rich is doing well. He will have his fourth round of chemotherapy this coming Wednesday, which will mark the halfway point (not including radiation)!! We are very excited about that. :) He continues to tolerate treatment fairly well; some days are better than others. He is just very tired and has an upset stomach for a while after. He also experiences some very uncomfortable “bone pain” after getting injections to boost his white blood cell count (and even scarier, I am the one giving him these injections!!!) But, we know that the pain means the injection is working. He usually starts feeling like his old self a few days before his next treatment, and then he starts the cycle all over again…. However, in spite of the fatigue, upset tummy, and pain, his health seems to be holding up. We are avoiding as many germs as possible and simply enjoying all of this time that we have together!

Thank you for your continued prayers. We feel so blessed to have all of you storming heaven on Rich’s behalf.

Because I don’t want to post without including a picture, here is a cool one of Rich on our wedding day, thanks to HinkleyPhoto. :)
