The P Family won their session in an auction I participated in to raise funds for my husband’s welcome home party after his unit returned from a deployment. They wanted some family pictures, but the concentration was on the littlest man, who has a bigger than life personality. He is PRECIOUS!! It was a blast running around with him. If you look closely, Scooby Doo makes an appearance in just about every single picture the little guy is in. And, of course, Scooby snacks were involved; what session would be complete without them??
November started off fabulously with a session with the VDH family! Mom wanted to get some pictures of her little guy with all his grandparents, and I thought that was a wonderful idea! We had lots of fun running around to burn off some energy, eating snacks (of course!), and playing with all the grandparents. Of course, we had to get some pictures with mom and dad too! It started out a bit rough (as you can see), but ended up being lots of fun for everyone!
I have had the pleasure of doing three product shoots for a local company in Adkins, Texas over the past couple of months. Beachfront Baby LLC makes and sells water wrap baby carriers so that moms can wear their precious little ones while at the beach, at the pool, at the water park, in the shower, or anywhere else that involves water! One of our product shoots was done at a local water park, and we had so much fun!
Baby C’s mama planned an Alice in Wonderland inspired birthday for her, complete with an adorable dress and an “Eat Me” smash cake. So a few days before her birthday, we gave her dress and cake (which smelled delicious!) a test run! I do believe sweet Baby C made a most adorable little Alice! And while she was practicing walking at her session, I understand she is now running about on her own. Way to go little one!!!
A few of my favorites…
This was my first time to photograph this family! Dad was just home from deployment and this sweet family was soaking in the bliss of being back together again. As a military wife myself, this is pretty near and dear to my heart. There is nothing better than welcoming your loved one home after a long deployment! I was honored to photograph this reunited family. They were delighted with each other, as you can see.
